Description

As CMO, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and growth. You'll take our ready-to-launch product and turn it into a globally recognized brand. You’ll have full ownership of the marketing strategy—from messaging to execution—and play a key role in shaping the company’s voice, reputation, and reach.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Branding
  • Develop and execute a clear, scalable marketing strategy aligned with our mission and target audience
  • Shape the brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success
Growth & Awareness
  • Design and manage marketing funnels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Build and execute campaigns across social media, SEO, email, and content
  • Oversee landing pages, lead magnets, and launch materials for TEFL courses
Audience Development
  • Identify and research core user personas (e.g., adult learners, HR departments, ESL employers)
  • Develop partnerships with relevant influencers, education platforms, and communities
  • Grow and engage a global learner base using culturally relevant storytelling
Content & Communications
  • Create or manage the creation of blog posts, video scripts, ads, and course-related content
  • Oversee website messaging, newsletters, and course launch campaigns
  • Support PR and outreach efforts to gain media attention or institutional adoption
Who You Are
  • A strategic, hands-on marketer with a growth mindset
  • Experienced in education, language learning, or global B2C/B2B marketing
  • Comfortable working independently, creatively, and collaboratively
  • Strong storytelling skills—you can turn ideas into emotion and action
  • Excited to build from scratch and shape the public face of a mission-driven brand
