Description
We’re building Project Nova Energy™, a clean, research-backed energy drink designed to redefine performance, focus, and health for the next generation.
We’re looking for a CMO & Social Media Co-Founder — someone ready to fully own our marketing and creative direction. You’ll lead social media growth, branding, influencer collaborations, and viral campaign strategy across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
This is a partner-level position with equity, not a traditional job. You’ll work directly with the founding team — mentored by a Fortune 500 executive and Salesforce’s Voice of Engineering — to shape how Nova becomes a global name in the $100B energy drink market by 2030.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage our social media presence and brand storytelling.
- Launch influencer and creator programs that drive engagement and growth.
- Develop creative campaigns and coordinate digital content.
- Collaborate on product launches, partnerships, and community events.
Who You Are:
- A creative, social-first strategist who understands culture and audience psychology.
- Experienced in content creation, marketing strategy, or influencer outreach.
- Entrepreneurial and excited to join a fast-growing startup as a co-founder.
Compensation:
Equity-based co-founder role (negotiable based on experience and involvement).
