Description

🎯ROLE OVERVIEW

As Technical Co-Founder, you are the designer and owner for the System + Engineering layer 

  • Own the technical vision and architecture
  • Build the initial MVP (web platform) hands-on
  • Design systems that are simple today, scalable tomorrow
  • Work closely with the CPO and CEO to translate product ideas into working features
  • Lay the foundation for future AI-driven capabilities

This is a builder role first, leadership role next.

⚙️ TECH DIRECTION (MVP)

  • Frontend: React + Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS (or similar)
  • Backend: Node.js (preferably NestJS or similar structured framework), REST APIs
  • Database:PostgreSQL (strong relational data modeling)
  • Auth & Storage:Supabase / Firebase (or similar BaaS tools)
  • Cloud & Deployment: Vercel (frontend), basic cloud setup (AWS / GCP or similar)
  • AI Integration: API-based AI (e.g., OpenAI), prompt-to-structured-data workflows
  • Mobile (Later Stage): React Native / Expo

  • Full-stack development (end-to-end product building)
  • Backend systems & API design
  • Database schema design (relational)
  • Authentication & role-based access
  • Secure file/document handling
  • Modular architecture (MVP → scalable system)
