The role

You run our internal R&D lab and are the feedback loop of the whole company: every finding from every venture, test, and lab passes through you and comes back as improved playbooks, methods, and tooling for each area of the business. You research, conceptualise, and brainstorm better playbooks and methodologies from data and feedback, prototype hands-on, then hand your results to the tech and network teams for implementation.

What you'll do

• Run the internal R&D lab: develop and version the playbooks, methods, and tooling our research institute, startups, and venture builder operate on — and build tools yourself

• Be the company's feedback loop: gather data and findings from every venture, test, and lab, and convert them into improved processes and new methods

• Advance the methodology frontier: crowdsourced, community-based, centralised, and AI-enabled venture building, evaluated against our unit-economics targets

• Work close to strategy and tactics: align the R&D agenda with the next phases of the company roadmap and the testing programme

• Own the outcome: measurable, continuous progress toward a 10x cost reduction in our internal venture-building model and platform

Must-haves

• Deep knowledge of advanced venture-building methodologies: crowdsourced, community-based, centralised, and AI-enabled venture building

• Creative and conceptually strong: you think in playbooks, methods, and tools

• Able to build sophisticated prototypes

• Big data and data analytics literacy; a background in applied R&D in AI, or deep familiarity with AI productivity tooling

Nice-to-haves

• Business process modelling expertise

• Fluency with strategic and tactical roadmaps

• A process-improvement track record
