To move e-commerce beyond surface-level tracking and decode the actual psychology behind digital buying decisions. We want to shift the industry standard from tracking behavior to understanding intent.
Problème
Today’s analytics tools are blind to human psychology.
They tell companies what users do (clicks, scrolls, bounce rates), but fail to explain why users hesitate, where psychological friction occurs, or how a buying decision is actually formed.
Shop owners optimize in the dark, rely on A/B testing guesswork, and leave massive revenue on the table because they can't identify the hidden emotional friction blocking the checkout.
