Psychological safety is now a legal obligation in 30+ countries — but no standardised way to evidence it exists. Organisations run engagement surveys that measure opinion, not behaviour. Regulators increasingly know the difference. Our mission is to give every organisation a rigorous, independently certifiable way to measure what is actually happening — mapped to the international standards their regulators already enforce. Because what you can see, you can change.

Scenario-based diagnostics across 5 dimensions, mapped clause-by-clause to ISO 45003, BEK 1406, CSA Z1003, HSE Standards, and the EU Directive. Produces a 5-level maturity score, perception gap analysis, policy vs. reality diagnostics, and a compliance evidence report. One assessment. Evidence across every jurisdiction you operate in.
