My co-founder and I are building an AI startup alongside our full-time roles that analyzes online buying decisions on a deeper level than traditional analytics tools.

We’re not just interested in what users click - we want to understand why they convert or drop off.

Starting with e-commerce and SMEs, our focus is clear: measurable conversion uplift and strong early testimonials. Long term, we see this evolving into a new category at the intersection of analytics, CRO, and behavioral AI; shifting the focus from tracking behavior to understanding decision-making.

About us:

I currently work in commercial strategy consulting at a vertical SaaS, focusing on the life sciences industry. Previously, I studied Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Esade and worked at an early-stage startup in product development and business development. Going forward, GTM, monetization strategy, and fundraising will be my focus.

My co-founder has a background in psychology. She previously worked at J.P. Morgan and is currently in wealth management at a Swiss bank. She is developing the psychological KPI framework that forms the foundation of our product.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a strong technical co-founder with an AI/ML background who wants to design the system architecture, build the tracking and backend infrastructure, and shape the product from day one. This is about building a company, not just writing code.

We’re looking for an equal partner (equity-based) with a long-term vision to build something meaningful together.
